RIAM Recital Hall Architectural Model

Model Maker | January - April 2021

This project entailed taking architectural plans for the Royal Irish Academy of Music's new recital hall, currently in the early stages of construction, and creating a 1:50 scale model of the space.

The model was completed using mounting board and tissue paper. This project involved plotting of the provided plans and elevations, laser cutting, and precision modelling. These processes have all come together to create the final model, including a raked seating bank, wall paneling and concealed curtains.
